Monitor Servers behind firewall
Does anyone know if it is possible to monitor servers and devices that are behind a firewall? If I want to monitor a server from my office that is behind a firewall in a datacenter, will this be possible or will NagioXI only monitor internal servers and devices?

Can someone please answer this? How are we supposed to spend $1300 on a product that we can't even properly test due to the lack of both documentation and communication.

Ok, If one of the options is to run multiple VM's to separate users, how does this conflict with licensing? Will I have to purchase a NagiosXI license for every VM I create?
