Yes you can do it, however if you want to access the web interface you will have to know what the IP is each time. Also if you set up NSClient++ checks you will need to use a subnet or change it every time your DHCP lease is up.

Could you try using the following command on the linux command line?
Replace the -H, -m, -w, and -c values with your own.
