Sorry I fixed the problem... I noticed that when I had gone back and installed the beta CCM pluggin that it wasn't showing up either... so then I tried going to the paths manually like /nagiosxi/includes/components/ccm/ I got a page could not be displayed, so then I checked permissions and the plugg...

Mass Acknowledgement Component -- 2011R3.3 & 2012RC4

I can't seem to get the Mass Acknowledgement Component to work with 2011R3.3 or 2012RC4

I was using 2011r2.4 and it was working fine with that. I upgraded to 2011R3.3 and it was not working so I decided to upgrade up to 2012RC4 but it won't work that either.

Hello, I am very interested in this tool. I've been trying to find the correct place in the CCM to modify on our TEST system to easily change contacts and/or contact groups for 200+ services all in one shot..
