Hi mguthrie,

Seems like after a HARD RESET, the system started working again.

I ran the repairmysql for nagios and nagiosql just to repair any corrupt portions of the DB.

Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

Any suggestions beyond this?

thanks for your help. Is there any reason why this would have happened? Is this going to happen on a regular basis?

Can I trace the root cause somehow?

This morning, I logged into Nagios only to discover that under the Host Detail, there were no hosts...

I can't seem to retrieve these hosts even after a restart of the system.

Any ideas why this might have happened?

Is there a way to have different alerts go to different email aliases? Can we categorize which alert goes to which alias? For example: Any network type alerts would go to Network-Alert@domain.com Any server type alerts would go to Server-Alert@domain.com Any website type alerts would go to web-alert...
