Hi mguthrie,
Seems like after a HARD RESET, the system started working again.
I ran the repairmysql for nagios and nagiosql just to repair any corrupt portions of the DB.
Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
Any suggestions beyond this?

Re: DB Connect Error
mguthrie, Unfortunately the system (linux) won't even let me issue this command without throwing me an error. sd 0:0:0:0: rejecting I/O to offline device sd 0:0:0:0: rejecting I/O to offline device -bash: /usr/bin/psql: Input/output error Same as before. Would you suggest I restart this system? FYI:...

Re: No hosts on Nagios XI Interface?
Scott,
thanks for your help. Is there any reason why this would have happened? Is this going to happen on a regular basis?
Can I trace the root cause somehow?

No hosts on Nagios XI Interface?
This morning, I logged into Nagios only to discover that under the Host Detail, there were no hosts...
I can't seem to retrieve these hosts even after a restart of the system.
Any ideas why this might have happened?

For example: Any network type alerts would go to Network-Alert@domain.com Any server type alerts would go to Server-Alert@domain.com Any website type alerts would go to web-alert...
