Allright!! Learned a lot 'bout Nagios the past two days. Found our substitute of the Nagios Hosts.cfg file and saw that, besides the hosts to monitor, it also contained the commands for the services. After commenting out the service definitions responsible for monitoring the D: Drives of the servers...

Looking at the partition table there are no hidden drives on this server. I've changed the Checkall=... to Drive=c:\, restarted the nsclient++ service however the D:\ drive still shows up in nagios with the following error: (Return code of 139 is out of bounds) .
