UPDATE: End user was using Opera browser. I downloaded it and installed on my machine. Yes, it broke the graphs.
Removing it did not repair them.
On to PNP4Nagios support.

PNP4Nagios graphs not working for one end user
Hello, We are using PNP4Nagios Version 0.6.19 and we have one user who's graphs are throwing a Kohana v2.3.4 error when they click on the graphing icon: Undefined index: DISP_HOSTNAME. application/congrollers/graph.php [88].
