I know nothing about programming in php, but, the 4th line down from the "..........." where it says "ssword for user nagiosadmin" should that be "password for user nagiosadmin"?

Do you think upgrading to a newer version might fix this?

I kind of get the feeling this is the type of problem that would show up even through the upgrade. (Subsequently making it harder to troubleshoot)

I am running full=2012R2.7 major=2012 minor=R2.7 releasedate=2013-11-26 release=316 When ever I try adding a new machine or changing existing configuration and try to apply the configuration I receive; Command submitted for processing... Waiting for configuration verification..... (Fail) Backend log...

The above post from Slansing ( rm -f /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/nagiosql.* ) didn't work for me - I also tried resetting Cred's and setting PW to welcome ... these didn't work either. I amd still getting; Command submitted for processing... Waiting for configuration verification..... Backend login ...
