which module will have to be installed for integrating helpdesk & ticketing with Nagios XI.

Nagios has been installed & running however , helpdesk & ticketing is yet to be integrated with Nagios. Can I have the step by step procedures for implementation of this module . also , confirm which package needs to be installed to implement helpdesk & ticketing. Thanks and Regards Ansu...
