Hi, Sorry for the delay in reply. I did not see any information regarding the service in that debug file. for some hosts i have disabled notifications. that information only is showed in that debug file. Even for the status "CRITICAL - Cannot make SSL connection." also not showing any info...

Note: for the same definitions of service template and contact, i am able to get notifications for my other resource(linux server).
