Re: trouble importing SNMPv2-SMI MIB
Thank you!! It works. The traps are now linked to the host. I guess i should have seen that error myself. This helped build my understanding of snmp trapping, but unfortunately does not solve my original problem. I guess i will have to look at an alternative solution. Thanks for all the help....

Re: trouble importing SNMPv2-SMI MIB
We are implementing a distributed monitoring environment with approx. 40 customer environments using over 30 XI servers and NagiosFusion. In several of these environments we have "special needs" hosts. There are a variety of scripts running in these "special needs" environments. ...

Re: trouble importing SNMPv2-SMI MIB
Hello, Thanks for your reply and sorry for not reacting sooner. We are in the middle of implementation, and things have been rather hectic this week. Below are the contents of the files snmptrapd.conf and snmptt.ini. I will be out of office next week, and will not be able to check your replys, but i...

Kiwi uses a special oid for which they provide a mib-file. We have uploaded the mibfile (and used addmib) and we see that is is added to...

Re: scripterror installing fusion
That did the trick! SELINUX was the cause. I would like to point out the i did NOT RE-ENABLE selinux!! When installing CentOS 6.3 in the BASIC server method there is NO option to disable selinux. I think the option is available in the full-install, which is NOT recommended by Nagios. So in my opinio...

Re: scripterror installing fusion
The log-file dissapeared. (extension not allowed?)
renamed the file to error_log.txt and attached again.
