Yes sir. And thanks again.
Funny though, I've installed at least 30 different clients from that NFS share and this is the first time I've seen that.

Re: Linux Agent install not installing properly
Ok I unzipped the agent in the /tmp directory and ran it from there. Now it looks right. Sorry.

Re: Linux Agent install not installing properly
No sir. Like I said, this is a fresh server build. I am however running the install from an NFS mount which I use to install on all my clients.

Linux Agent install not installing properly
I'm trying to install the linux-nrpe-agent on a new RHEL 6 system and I doesn't seem to be running normally. I've not seen this before and I'm hoping someone can help me. When I run the fullinstall this is what I get: [root@tsuswifi linux-nrpe-agent]# ./fullinstall ============================ Nagio...

Re: Config file errors after upgrade to R2.6
Okay, I think I've fixed my issue. Sorta. One of my sys admins added this system and service to Nagios using the wizard. That Explorer service isn't needed so I deleted it and now everything looks good. Not sure exactly what was up with that particular service but I can look into that another time. ...

Config file errors after upgrade to R2.6
A couple of days ago I did a manual upgrade to move us from 2012R1.2 to 2014R2.6. This morning, for the first time since the upgrade, I went to change some parameters for a service check and received the following error: Nagios Core 4.0.8 Copyright (c) 2009-present Nagios Core Development Team and C...

Re: Upgrade from XI 2012R1.2 to XI 2014R1.4 still shows old
Hey lmiltchev, Thanks you for the suggestion but we've already resolved the issue. I just needed to make the "RHEL Server Optional" RHN channel available to the system so that it could install php-mbstring package. I restored Nagios from my backup and re-ran the upgrade script. It worked b...

Re: Upgrade from XI 2012R1.2 to XI 2014R1.4 still shows old
Y'all are alright. I think that did the trick. I ran the restore, re-ran the upgrade and logged into the web interface, all the components have green check mark and Nagios XI 2014R2.6 shows up in the bottom corner. Thanks for the quick responses too. I think I'm good to go.

Well I've never done either one. For a restore, I assuming I would use the /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/restore_xi.sh? Is there anything special I need to do?

Ok, I tried re-running the upgrade script and immediately got this error:
