I'm a bit clear but I would like to know if it's possible to increase the number of services to be monitored through WMI which avoids having an agent.

Hi Scott,
Thanks for the quick response, however I would like to know if there is some kind of rule to know which method is used? For example if a create a new application which installs as a service and I need to monitor it will the wizards be able to capture this new service?
