nagios (without xi) i succesfully installed but whne i try XI it fail

i would like to try Nagios XI on my Ubunto 16 and i tried following the guide on youtuebe
but i got this msg , since i am not familier with Linux system need your help figuring what i did wrong

i have just downloaded the VHD file and run it on the HyperV machine
how can i continue from here , so ill be able to see the web interface ?
