Re: Inbound Mail hash errors: "^M" in cleaner.log
Thanks for checking into this, we will have to test this internally to ensure it works properly in our use cases but I don't see any harm in having it added if it works for you. If it works with our tests as well then it will be added in the next bug fix release so you should be fine upgrading to th...

Re: Inbound Mail hash errors: "^M" in cleaner.log
Alright, the xicore.inc.php that lmiltchev gave you is the one with the fixes that I've applied to ensure our Outlook emails work with the dev/test boxes we have. Can you put back in your logging that will output the email body/text/hash and test the reply once more? I am unable to recreate any hash...

Re: Inbound Mail hash errors: "^M" in cleaner.log
The first hash you are testing was changed to PT03D instead of PT0= which would definitely cause problems. There shouldn't be any numbers or letters after the = in the encrypted object data hash. In the example above the one you just posted, it shows the hash having the value TPO=3D inside the hash ...

Re: Inbound Mail hash errors: "^M" in cleaner.log
Hello, I've been testing this out internally with my own Outlook account and can you please try the following? Can you please replace the line: $msg = preg_replace("/[\\r\\n]+/", "\n", substr($email['body'], 0, $msg_end)); with the original line: $msg = substr($email['body'], 0, ...

Hello,
We are currently still testing the builds and ensuring that it works properly and all functionality is solid, it's almost complete but there were some issues that were waiting to be resolved before it is uploaded.

Re: about character set (ver 5.7.1)
Hello, Can you please replace the latin1 line in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/config.inc.php: "ndoutils" => array( "dbtype" => 'mysql', "dbserver" => 'localhost', "user" => 'ndoutils', "pwd" => 'n@gweb', "db" => 'nagios', "charset" =>...

Re: Help - Nagios XI is down after update 5.7.0
If you're still having db issues can you do an: ls -l /usr/local/nagios/var and give us the list so we can find what you should be sending us. There is now a separate wizard called "NSClient++" that can be ran in place of the Windows Server/Desktop wizard, it should have the same options a...

Hello,
What DB fix are you referring to? Can you show us your /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log with any errors that you are seeing?

Re: All users lost access to own hosts after upgrade to 5.7.
Hello Derek,
I believe this is an ndo3 upgrade problem, possibly no hosts/services are being written into the ndo database. Since it logs to nagios.log, can we get the /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log file to see if there are any ndo issues?
