Issure resolved. There was a problem with the primary server. This looks like what I have going on.
I hope to get upgraded within the next few weeks as well. A big project that I have been working on for the last 8 months is just about wrapped up.

I have a server that was deleted at some point and no longer shows up in the CCM under hosts, but still has a record on the dashboard and a line in the main config file when I view it from the snapshot. Is there a way to manual edit the config file to delete the server that has been deleted or what ...

Thats the problem. The previous admins didn't do anything consistantly so...that added the confusion.

CCM->Host Groups->...->Manage Hosts->...->Add Selected
I can remove the hostgroup from the host via method 1.

Issues with CCM
I have a hostgroup that for whatever reason does not show the listed hosts. The list populates for other hostsgroups. I've tried on different browsers, IE (different versions) and FireFox but still have the same issue. This is happening on Nagios XI 2012R2.7. I made a copy of this group this morning...
