How to setup nagios to check to alert if a user does not have MFA enabled in AWS?

I have following the above to setup the instance successfully, but I could not connect server without the login credential?
Anyone know it?

It turns out that was a network connectivity issue. The manage web is loaded.

I run (apt-get install iostat), but return with error: unable to locate the package iostat

I have installed the nagios agent on the Ubuntu 12.04 server, and everything seems fine except the CPU status shows unknown (iostat not found or is not executable by the nagious user).
anyone knows how to fix it?
