We were on 5.9.x, and CentOS7, and did a migration to a RHEL9 based distro, and the latest 2024R1.0.2 release.
We did a fresh install, then used the admin migration feature to pull the configurations from the old instance.

Hello All, We migrated to Nagios XI 2024R1.0.2, and since then, we have not been able to get Two Factor Verification codes sent. It worked without issue in the previous version. Monitoring notifications, etc. are working fine. We don't see the email attempting to be sent at all, either in the Nagios...

Just a followup, the last change has corrected the issue for me. Thank you for all your assistance.

I am adding "nosavethresholdcount," to my options setting to see if that makes a difference. Will report back.
