Holy crap I got it!!!

I used SNMP Walk and entered the OID for the Sensor Table as the Top Level OID and it found it. Not sure why it works, but then that's nothing new, at least it works.

Uploaded via Nagios. Curios though, the file had a .mib extension, but all the other files in the mib directory were .txt files. Changed the rule to allow all outbound traffic from all users between the Nagios server and the localhost and we're good.
