Yes, that came up just fine.
OK so after opening the Nagios core host page, it seems that the Host Detail page is working again. I'm not sure why, but I'll take the fix.

Yes, the problem happens for every attempt.
Output from error_log and mysqld.log are attached.
The second repair had no effect on the Host Detail page.
