I'd like to see Nagios move into having features in being able to monitor user activity mostly to save me having to have yet another 3rd party product to monitor staff.

I have a site that runs on generator during the day and then off at nights. Therefore I only want alerts from nagios during working hours. This would be a great feature for me.
