Ok I cut information from before and during. Would like to not have it send out Service & Host notifications to users during the downtime. I thought I had set it to do nothing... t/u

I set up a downtime for all host and services and was wondering why some people still received alerts. I set it up as myself since I have admin rights, but was wondering should I have logged in as Admin? Reason being I only received one alert via text message while others got anywhere from 20 to 110...

I scheduled downtime for all of our host for a network upgrade. Just to be clear with the host being down that does include the services also?
