I am trying to create a system backup using the we interface and the process is not finishing. To test I ran the backup_na.sh from the cmd window and waited to see an error or some evidence of an issue. No issue was found and the backup completed and appeared in the System restore page of Nagios NA....

No change on output to nagios. The error is still showing. I changed this on two of the servers, one that shows the "degraded"(Mail2) and one that would be ok without the error (sisters).

Sequal is a PowerEdge 6850 - working
Atlas is a PowerEdge R710 - working
Mail2 is a PowerEdge R720 -not working
Shasta is a PowerEdge R720 -not working
Sisters is a PowerEdge R720 - not working

Listed oldest to newest.

Im sorry. I do have my latest server, 4 months old, that came with the most up to date firmware installed, 21.2.0-0007, and it is giving the same "unknown" with the internal error at the same line number.

I will still try the update on the others to see results.
