it can impose a higher CPU load on the monitoring machine
so ,nsca will be a good choice?
and nsca will be used on aix?
so ,nagios can be used on aix ?

you know,the monitor data is place in the .dat first
so,nagios is just store the data in it and never delete ? if so
if we have many hosts or service to monitor ,so , will the .dat be very huge?

nagios by default stores data in .dat file
so
why not nagios store data in mysql?
and how can i just enable nagios to store data in mysql directly by not using ndoutils ?
