Error: (use_ssl == true): Request packet version was invalid
Questions around nrpe. We see a lot of these error messages Feb 3 13:58:49 xx-xx-001 nrpe[53960]: Error: (use_ssl == true): Request packet version was invalid! Re: Navigation bar disappears when broswer zoomed to 120%
We are on version 4.1.5. The account that I see this happening on actually is a non-admin account. The admin account has no such issues. (Attached screenshot). The "exclude user from seeing server data" checkbox is not ticked for any of the linked accounts for the user. Screen Shot 2018-10...

Re: LDAP Authentication
Yes that would be the case of my situation. If I get a chance I will test that out however non ssl works for me and its not really a security issue as the authentication to add users needs to be done on a case by case basis so thats fine, we dont leave the ldap credentials sitting around anywhere.

Tactical Overview not populating
Hi, We have five nagios XI and two Nagios core services attached to our Nagios Fusion. We recently created a new instance of Fusion version 4.1.5 to move away from the old version 2014R1.1. Everything is working fine apart from one thing which is the "Tactical Overview" display for one of ...

Re: LDAP Authentication
Thanks cdienger. I got this to work with that method yesterday using non SSL. I still have an issue with SSL over TLS but its by no means a blocker as the creds arent saved anyway and just used as a one off way of authenticating. For me I am happy to close this case but there may be an underlying is...

Re: Navigation bar disappears when broswer zoomed to 120%
Hi scottwilkerson, I thought that had resolved the issue but its not quite right just yet. It seems that when the browser is zoomed that the "Navigation" bar drop down loses the "Servers" tab. So it goes from Home, Views, Dashboards, Servers, Help to Home, Views, Dashboards, Help...
