It can't be a problem with logging the data as the 4hour graph works fine. I'm trying to work out what part generates the graphs and if it has an error message or time-out going on.
Will that log also include logging of errors reading the performance data

No we are using the below plugin:

Re: Service Status stuck in pending
It is stuck in pending because the backend is publishing the wrong date for when the state last changed.
How do I open a ticket to get this resolved?

Re: Service Status stuck in pending
I have to submit a passive check first as when it is stuck in pending, I can't force and intimidate check.

Re: Service Status stuck in pending
I had to submit a passive result first before I could force a immediate check - it is still reporting a passive OK state after I submitted the command.
I have got the tail you requested attached.

Re: Service Status stuck in pending
I've just rebooted Nagios (due to some other display issues) but this issue still remains.

Re: Service Status stuck in pending
The issue is not with the check command, I can run that successfully as the nagios user. The path is a relative path, not absolute - and the plugin is in the home directory on the remote machine, it is not a path to a script on the Nagios machine.
