ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier spec
When I try testing a service from the Nagios CCM web interface, I get the following error: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach). However, I can copy and paste the command into a ssh session on the Nagios server and the command runs correctly....
