Can anyone clarify if there is any impact on the flow data collected and displayed if say, I'm gathering flow info from a remote location, and there is latency between the exported flows and the actual collector NNA server?
Thank you,
J

Re: NNA View/Reports by networks
I am adding a follow up to this thread, as I have gotten some of the information I needed, but could use some further details in how to work through some of the reporting/view settings. Specifically: I would like to be able to run a report to provide me the total traffic of a source network for a pe...

Re: 95th Percentile Reporting based on flows?
My preference would be... The highest 5% of both the inbound and outbound traffic levels are discarded, and the next highest remaining data sample on either the inbound or outbound is the "95th Percentile" value. Now, that being said... is this on any radar to be added in the near future? ...

95th Percentile Reporting based on flows?
Hello, I didn't see within any of the documentation if the reporting information is able to return any 95th percentile information based on flows. I guess specifically, a way to view the 95th percentile bandwidth used by a src net <block> within reporting tools in NNA. Any idea if this is available?...

Re: NNA View/Reports by networks
I think I actually found the info I needed here:
It appears I can specify: net 192.168.0.0/24 to get a report based on the network verse just a source IP.
Code: Select all

NNA View/Reports by networks
Hello, I know you can view reports/traffic etc by source IP's, and since in my network, I have multiple source IP's talking to multiple destination IP's, I'm trying to figure out how to view all the traffic from a single network/vlan verse just a single source/dest IP. Is this possible? Regards, Jeff

Re: NNA Manual Installation Issue/Question
Ok, thank you.
If I manually compile/install the pkg's and place the NNA files, is there any reason it wouldn't work? (Understanding that you don't provide actual support for that type of install etc).
Thanks,
Jeff

Hello, I'm trying to test NNA, and downloaded the source installation tar ball, and basically get the following error: Nagios Network Analyzer Installation ==================================== DATE: Thu Dec 11 18:31:41 UTC 2014 DISTRO INFO: Gentoo 2.1 x86_64 Running 'prereqs'... Re: Nagios core mk-livestatus broker_module issue
I do have some stuff masked, for specific reasons, but no dependencies for mk-livestatus that I'm aware of. Odd I know. I'll gather up the information you were asking and get the info posted at my earliest convenience.
Thank you!
Thank you!
