Hi all, Thanks for reply, Yes I changed the wizard to scan by use the port name. Somehow, In my router only have GigaEthernet 0/0, 0/1 and 0/0/0 , 0/0/1, 0/0/2, 0/0/3. But Nagios detected GigaEthernet 0/0, 0/1, 0/3 and 0/0/0 , 0/0/1, 0/0/2, 0/0/3. Do anyone know the GigaEthernet 0/3 is what?? Thanks...

Thanks for replay, here you can see that Nagios detected GigaEthernet0/0, 0/1,0/2...but in the router I only have GigaEthernet 0/0. 0/1 only. How I can find out the interface description.

Yes, I tired different browser IE, firefox...but still same. After pop-up a dialog for allow program, then no response and no telnet into host.

Thanks for replay. I'm trying to telnet/ssh 1 of the host/object from Nagios website. It does pop-up a windows but not working/loading. But I able to telnet the host in putty from Nagios to the host.

My problem is this cisco router only has 2 Gi interface. but Nagios detected 3 Gi interface. And I cannot identify which interface is wrong 1. Can anyone guide me on this?

Do the remote feature in Nagios XI is usable? coz seem unable to telnet host from Nagios website.
