Well, it seems that support is not necessary. After entering license codes everything works ok. PDF-reports by clicking and also scheduled email reports work just fine

It seems that this is somehow related to the trial version of NagiosXI enterprise...

I should have the support contract details tomorrow at the latest. I will update this thread when everything is in order.

Yes, new. Reports -> Available reports -> Executive Summary and click on PDF.

Yes I can see the report using the link, it's HTML only though and not PDF.

No custom logo either. It's really out of the box install of Nagios with no customizations yet.

Well there are no specific reports that cause the issue. It seems that at random some reports are able to create PDF in the /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/ directory.
