As mentioned by you i checked with -I and -p options but still i have same error. as i mentioned if i issue command with out url it gives "OK". if i issue -u url command it gives 404 error.

i am new to nagios i have nagios-3.2.3 installed along with nagios plugin on suse machine. and using check_http command which gives name or service not know error. how to fix this issue can any one help me fixing this issue.

i am new to nagios, i have installed nagios on suse 11.0 and nagios version is 3.2.3. installation went fine. but few services shows as down when it is up and functioning properly. how do i solve the issue. please help.
