Were you able to make it work? Logstash has been deprecated and Beats sounds like the best way to go.

Alert email contains link using wrong URL base
Alerts via email (SMTP) are working fine, except the link inside the email points to the wrong server address. I've given Apache the right ServerName, but that didn't help. Kibana 4 and/or export report to CSV or Excel?
I'm loving Nagios Log Server. I had previously used Splunk Storm and attempted to use Splunk enterprise. This is worlds better.
When will you upgrade Kibana to 4? I think you're using 3 now. Four includes great features like report export to CSV or JSON.
