My suggestion would be:
Make both, only NagiosXI rpms and Complete Repository, online available.

We run NagiosXI on RHEL. Within our enviroment we have a local RHEL repository server. This repo server is synchronized every night. As of Nagios XI 2024R1.3.2 and above, these offline tarballs ship with all the dependent RPMs, and no longer require access to an external repository. The size of the ...
