Re: Nagios reporting incorrect memory information
Thanks! It looks like it is.
The swap file is 2944 MB and the Memory on the system is 16 GB which totals to what Nagios is reporting now. Any way to force Nagios to report RAM only?

Nagios reporting incorrect memory information
Server - Nagios Core 4.2.4 running on Amazon Linux Client - Windows 2016 Server NSCP v0.4.1.7 Memory - 16GB However on the Nagios dashboard, this is what we see, Memory usage: total:19327.78 MB - used: 3473.16 MB (18%) - free: 15854.62 MB (82%) We are wondering how we can resolve this discrepancy.

I went to the Monitoring Wizard under Configure,
Selected Windows Server
Entered the IP address
And entered the password at this screen.

Re: Change password for host on Nagios XI
Thank you for the quick response.
I'm trying to change the password that is used to communicate to the Nagios++ daemon on the Windows host. I put the incorrect pass while configuring the host initially.

Change password for host on Nagios XI
Hello, I'm trying to change the password for the host I created on the Nagios XI dashboard. I don't see an option to do this on the dashboard or maybe I missed. I tried to remove and recreate a new host for updating the password but I get this error as well, Host Status Detail --> Configure --> Dele...

Re: Installing Nagios XI on a AWS EC2 RHEL Instance
Thank you. I tried this earlier and the installer failed saying it could not install a package pymssql from the repository (nagios-deps) the script was supposed to install. I did a re-install of the OS and tried again by commenting out, line 30 to line 57 on 0-repos file under nagiosxi folder That w...
