I have restarted the box just to be sure and still nothing. I will look over that link again to be sure that everything is setup correctly. I just restarted the apache and it is still not working.

Is there a check list of places to add the user to?

My authentication is coming from LDAP and is in line with other users in terms of membership groups and stuff.
