No brokers. I think I figured it out - the init.d script was faulty. It didn't match our nagios.cfg file (pid location, directory structure for retention, cmd, etc.), and therefore it wasn't properly stopping the server. I found a link that specified changing the "kill" for a stop to a &qu...
