getting error as "The username specified does not exist."

solved the issue by changing the permission of this path

chmod -R 775 /var/www/html/nagioslogserver

i ahve checked the permission of /usr/local/nagioslogserver dir. and it is on nagios

so dont know which nagioslogserver path is referred in the below error?
You don't have permission to access /nagioslogserver/ on this server.

hi, the installation went fine after commenting the line ntpdate -u pool.ntp.org in fullinstall file. but there is another issue now. i am not able to open the web interface. it throws this below error You don't have permission to access /nagioslogserver/ on this server. any clues that could help me...

yes ntp is installed and running. i had commented out the line for ntp in the fullinstall script and executed the installation of the nagios log server. though i am not sure this will have any impact on the setup?
