Re: Help with iLO plugin and Xi
I ran through it again this morning. The initial issue was it checking init.d for nagios during the install. I bypassed that just throwing a blank file with that name in there. The rest of the installation process went well according to their documentation. At the very end it appears to die out thou...

Re: Help with iLO plugin and Xi
Sorry about that, I pasted it as txt and I think it got truncated. I added it as a URL this time below. We were hoping to use this one so we could take advantage of the cold traps but I will look into the one you posted as well. I've tried both the SNMP 1.51 and the REST versions for CentOS 7. I got...

Help with iLO plugin and Xi
I ran across this plugin on the Exchange and would really like to use it. However, it appears to have been written for Nagios Core and when trying to go through the installation manual on an XI server it fails saying it can't find Nagios. Has anyone been able to successfully get this running on an X...

Issues with ModGearman worker script
I spoke too fast on closing out my last issue. Modifying the ModGearman install script to account for the release name change in CentOS worked to move it past the first error. However, after a minute or two it errored out with the information below. Error: Unable to install Packages Error: Unable to...

Re: Issues with ModGearman worker script
The error message was received on a CentOS 8 server. The script ran fine on the same OS for the server install portion. I assumed the worker install would work as well, are we currently limited to CentOS 7 if we want to use ModGearman?

Issues with ModGearman worker script
I am working my way through the ModGearman installation docs and ran into an issue when trying to install it on the worker. I received the error message below, the script ran fine on the XI server install. Any ideas? ERROR Invalid distribution: . Note: DEB-based distributions are no longer supported...

Issue applying configuration, system is down
Good morning, One of my team members contacted me this morning and informed that there was an error applying the configuration and the system monitoring was down. I tried reverting to an old snapshot but was met with the same error when trying to apply again. Below is the text of the error message a...

Re: Unable to backup server, DB issues
I ran the upgrade script manually after posting that and everything appeared to work fine. I think we are back in business so you can lock the thread. Thank you for your help!

Re: Unable to backup server, DB issues
The backup failed again after the removal of the lock file but I ran the DB repair script again and it was able to complete. After doing that the backup completed successfully. I went back to try and run the update again from the UI and it is just showing "Update in progress. Please wait. Updat...
