in the NAGIOS XI gui I have host x with check y and it shows critical
however in CCM under services for host x I don't have a check y

how did this get out of sync?

Any update? we need to escalate this as our nagios is not stable.

we restored the server from a backup
it worked ok until we tried to make config changes,
then the similar issue with same "ghost config" came back.

can we escalate this?
