Re: check_disk in Linux showing /dev/sdb is not accessible.
I figured this out on my own by leveraging nrpe rather than local check.

Re: SNMP Checks unable to query host error
The host config is there for the QNAP. I'm using Nagios Core on CentOS 7 so it's located here: /user/local/nagios/etc/objects/hosts/
All service checks are working except for this one. So i'm thinking the script/command is not able to see the host.

Ok if that's the case, where should I be looking to resolve? In the Nagios script, configuration, QNAP configuration?

Hi there, Version: Nagios Core 4.4.5 OS: CentOS 7 I am attempting to apply SNMP monitoring checks for our QNAP NAS device. I have a storage check utilizing a script which points to the information on our QNAP device (see screenshot). I downloaded the MIB file from QNAP, renamed to QNAP-MIB.txt and c...

Re: Escalation config for Nagios Core 4.4.2
According to the following doc it is possible: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagioscore/docs/nagioscore/4/en/escalations.html "When the service notification is escalated on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th notifications, an interval of 45 minutes will be used between notifications. On the 6th and su...

Re: Escalation config for Nagios Core 4.4.2
Ok then do you suggest editing the check_interval associated with the service check by default? How can I configure both that and notification_interval in the escalation config so that it takes effect and starts using the new notification_interval once the third notification is escalated?
