Hi,
I managed to solve the FW issue.
The FW was doing a NAT within the LAN so I disabled the NAT and all was OK.
Now I have to understand why so many of the monitoring options are simply not able to get the service status like SSH server monitoring, HDD Status and so on.

NRPE Error in a new installation
Hi all, I'm new to Nagios. I installed the latest nagiosXI 64bit VM with the OVF file on our ESX server. I installed the nrpe on a new Cenos 6.6 64 bit OS with yum install after adding the repository. once done I configured the host on the nagios server and get the error "CHECK_NRPE: Error rece...
