After the upgrade I got the following error after login: Database Error A database connection error has been detected, please follow the repair prompt below. If the issue persists, please contact Nagios support. Run the following from the CLI as root to attempt to repair the DB: /usr/local/nagiosxi/...

We had another service go down that notifies the same group. I did not send notifications either.
However Nagios seems to think it did.

Permissions on the script were not executable. That should be added to the troubleshooting page.

I'm PM'ing the zip file now.

I followed the instructions and same error.

When I click on download profile:

I checked one of the users that is supposed to be getting the notifications, and all those things checked out.
However, it's not just one user, it's everyone in the contact group that is not receiving this notification.

Yes I'm seeing other notifications going out, but not the ones that I'm missing.
