Problem is still the same.

I will downgrade system, but I want upgrade it to newer version in the future...

I made new offline server on 5.4.3, restore backup, everything ok.

Then I try to upgrade system, I downladed 5.5.11, and:
tar xzf nagiosxi*
cd nagiosxi*
./upgrade

End is the same that I posted to you before... Stops on Updating: nagiosxi-5.5.11

In /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/ is no file upgrade.log

There was running more instances of nagios, so I killed all, run again and everything is ok... I made a many reboots before so I taught that only one instance will run. My mistake, thanks a lot for help!

Delete, write and Verify was successful with no problem. When I write configuration there are no files of host or service with same name like problematic host have. At now we are monitoring 53 hosts and 210 services. I tried to delete all services of a specific host, I did not try remove all service...
