i changed the -p value to "-p 1248" and now i am having the socket error.. i believe i have done stupid mistake but me being new here not been able to troubleshoot much

i believe you are asking for these windows.cfg file .. i am also attaching the second file .. commands.cfg

friends very new to nagios world ..with the help of some tutorials i am able to setup but now i am getting this error to monitor my services. can you please help.

all packages are very much latest and running on centos 7 please see screen shot.
