I've completed the completed the virtual server password reset steps as show in the tutorial video. I am now on the Nagios XI Web Interface Setup Guide. When I enter the information as instructed in the video I get the following message still: "NSP: Sorry Dave, I can't let you do that" Wha...

I've found the video tutorial that walks me through the initial setup. I'll follow those steps and then ask any questions I have later.
