I have run the Admin -> System Profile -> Download Profile and PM'd you the profile.txt

Where should the profile.txt be located, I ran a find from /usr/local/nagiosxi for it with no results?

Something is odd, there is a missing file (profile.txt) from the profile you sent. Everything else was present though. That might point to something, just not sure what. Scheduled Downtimes and Acknowledgements were working in the recent past, no server reconfiguration other than Nagios XI upgrades in that window.
