Is there an "official" installation and integration guide for installing NagiosXI 5.8+ with Mod-Gearman integrations on Rocky Linux 8+?
Both the NagiosXi server and the Mod-Gearman Workers will run Rocky Linux 8+.

This is not meant personally, but the statement as presented indicates a fundamental misunderstanding of monitoring vs analysis, and a general failure to consider the real-world use-cases for platforms like Nagios XI and Nagios Log Server. In regards to the roadmap... I do in fact check it regularly...
