Is it possible to have host and service alerts on the same status page ?

I intend to disable service checks if any particular host is down, but this can cause us to miss out on a host down as we keep the status.cgi open at all times and it only shows service alerts.

I was wondering if anyone has done Nagios integration via bacnet ? Bacnet is a protocol that is used for BMS systems like lifts, fire alarms etc.

Bacnet functions quite like SNMP, where each device (fire alarm, UPS) has an identifier and a return status.

The issue is not resolved, I just wrote a bash script to monitor Nagios temporarily. Is there an ongoing bug for this problem or should I raise one on github ?
