I can get to the installer page. However when I set up the URL, Admin Name, Password, etc, ----> then click install, I get the Forbidden error. Please assist.

This was a clean install. Please assist on how to get through the security error.

I've changed my Nagios.conf to replicate yours and I've included all files requested for in the zip file.

I finally got it to install. Now I am getting the following error. Please assist.

FORBIDDEN
you don't have permission to access /nagiosxi/install.php on this server.

This is an offline installation. Do you have those rpm's? or what other steps should I take?

That is not my question, sorry. Please review the error on the picture from the log file requested.
