FWIW - I experienced similar behavior when upgrading from 4.4.3 -> 4.4.5. Downgrading back to 4.4.3 fixed it before I found this thread: https://i.imgur.com/SOUtJmX.jpg

Disable Page Tour ETA

but it's since been locked. Can we get an ETA for disabling the annoying page tour popup? I'd prefer my browser not keep making superfluous calls to youtube every time I load a page. Thanks!
