By default, you have to Acknowledge through the Web site but I found this link to add email support for ACK's. https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Utilities/NagiosMailACK/details We are also looking for a solution to acknowledge alerts via email the link above would not work for NagiosXi, sql bac...
